How the tokenized economy will change our world?

Our financial goals and our general expectations in life we have today are similar to those 50–60 years ago: well-paying jobs, successful investments, comfortable living standards, enough resources for retirement and of course, provide good education for our kids.

Most of us would like to have these opportunities in life but how many of us had a real chance in the past to accomplish these targets?

In fact 7 out of 10 Americans have less than $1000 savings.

I believe the future will look different, thanks to those dynamic technology updates in the 21st century and to blockchain-tokenization.

With tokenized real-world assets backers can have a chance and can get access to investments which so far have been out of their reach. You could be digitally represented by a token from real estate to gold bullion or for instance have a portion of a Picasso painting. This is just an example of how you could tokenize physical goods and make it similar to those tradable assets what we have today. We can tokenize it through a crowdsale and sell it to a large number of people.

One of the solution could be in fractionalization and liquidity. Either you are a small investor or a large corporation you will be able to obtain fractions of tokenized assets.

Imagine that you can simultaneously tokenize value, identity, information, ownership, property and basically any real-world objects and use that token as a digital representation of that physical object. You are representing something on the blockchain that really exists outside in the real world.

That’s why I think Ethereum emerged so quickly and we have seen ERC-20 tokens grow extremely powerful because of what you can do with this platform.

In my opinion we have to find a new way to democratize wealth creation by changing the way how people interact with the economy and it has to be available to everybody.

Just look at what traditional financial markets are doing especially since 2008, regulations (accredited investor rules) are basically saying that only wealthy corporations and individuals have access to a swath of investments that most people don’t even know exist.

Everyone wants to be able to buy into these and every company wants to be able to do an ICO. The ICO way of corwdfunding only shows the enthusiasm for participating in this revolutionary new economy. If most of the value is going to be created in these assets then everyone needs equal access to them.

For instance UTRUST is a revolutionary payment platform that empowers buyers to pay with cryptocurrencies while providing a groundbreaking purchase protection mechanism.

Tokens will drastically expand and change the definition of asset investing in the future. Obviously integrating with the banking systems and governments and public trust will take time but eventually it will happen.

“What if a token represented not only you, but a token represented anything you are interested in,” said Simon de la Rouviere of Consensys. “Information is only learned when the viewer has skin in the game,” said Maciej Olpinski of the content rating system Userfeeds.

Tokeniztaion, funds platform development tools, security, testing, storage and these projects offering largely open source collaborations that will contribute back to the blockchain ecosystem.

This collaborative spirit will make an impact on our future where society will achieve large scale progress against complex problems.
